Delicious creamy and unbaked Tiramisu. If you like coffee flavored desserts, this great dessert is perfect for you. Yum! I really wanted something traditional, which I always make at home when I'm in a hurry. This is the kind of quick treat that will please coffee lovers. Ingredients: 4 pcs egg yolk; ¾ cup powdered sugar; 16 oz mascarpone; 8 oz whipping cream; 48 pcs Lady Fingers; 1 cup strong black coffee; 2 tbsp rum; for sprinkling cocoa

Ingredients

Ingredients:

4 pcs

egg yolk

¾ cup

powdered sugar

16 oz

mascarpone

8 oz

whipping cream

48 pcs

Lady Fingers

1 cup

strong black coffee

2 tbsp

rum

for sprinkling

cocoa

Preparation steps

Print

Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar over steam until foamy (it takes approx. 15-20 minutes of constant whisking).
When you have whipped a stiff foam, remove it from the water bath and let it cool. Add mascarpone.
Combine the mass thoroughly and finally add the whipped cream. Mix thoroughly again with a mixer.
Add rum to brewed strong coffee. Prepare a mold, which you fill with Lady fingers, which you have dipped in the prepared rum flavored coffee.
Layer one half of the cream, layer the soaked Lady fingers again and layer the remaining cream.
Sprinkle the top with cocoa and put it in the fridge, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
