Delicious slices of pork

Today the boys literally fought over who gets another round of meat first. They ate like they would never eat again, so they must have liked it for sure. And that's mainly because traditional dishes are very popular in our home. I cook, bake and prepare food with love, so they like almost everything including traditional food :)

pork (thigh, shoulder or collar, sliced)
1 pc
onion (finely chopped)
3.5 oz
smoked bacon without skin (diced)
approx. 2 ½ cups
meat broth
4 pcs
pickle (sliced)
ground black pepper
soy sauce
Preparation steps
  1. Pound the meat, salt and pepper on both sides and coat in flour. Quickly fry on both sides in a pan in lard and place on the bottom of the pressure cooker.
  2. Saute the onion in the same pan and add the bacon. When everything turns into dark brown color, pour in the broth, mix and pour into the pot.
  3. The meat should be completely submerged, if necessary, add water. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce, close and cook for about 45 minutes.
  4. Then take the meat out, add pickles to the sauce and thicken with a mixture of a little water and flour.
  5. Let it boil for another 10 minutes, season, put the meat back and let it warm up.
