Egg muffins filled with vegetables

Egg omelette, scrambled eggs or fried egg. These are traditional "meals" that are prepared from eggs mainly for breakfast. I prepared the eggs in the form of muffins. Along with carrots and tomatoes, it's my favorite breakfast. What do you usually eat for breakfast? Don't forget that breakfast is very important and it gets you ready for the whole day, so don't reach for a slice of bread and butter, but prepare something more hearty and healthy.

Preparation steps
  1. Cut the vegetables of your choice into cubes - I chose carrots and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Grease a muffin pan (for about 2 pieces) with olive oil and put the vegetables in it.
  3. Pour over the beaten egg and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Have the oven set to 355 °F / 180 °C.
  4. After taking it out of the oven, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
