Preparation steps

Hard boil the eggs. Peel them and carefully cut them in half.
Put the egg yolks in a bowl together with the tuna, cream cheese, season with salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix with a mixer to a smooth mass.
Place the salad, which you have washed and thoroughly dried, on a plate. Place the sliced egg whites, which you fill with the tuna spread.
Place an olive on top, decorate with parsley and radish.
