Divide the puff pastry into 2 parts and roll them both into a thin sheet. Pierce with a fork and transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden at 300 °F / 150 °C.

Ingredients
1.1 lb
puff pastry
½ cup
crystal sugar
2 packs
vanilla sugar
3 ½ cups
milk
2 pcs
egg yolk
2 packs
vanilla pudding
8 oz
butter
16 oz
whipping cream
1 pack
chocolate for cooking

  1. Divide the puff pastry into 2 parts and roll them both into a thin sheet. Pierce with a fork and transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden at 300 °F / 150 °C.
  2. Let's prepare the cream. Heat up the milk, add crystal sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla puddings. Then add the egg yolks and let it boil. Stir until the cream hardens. Set aside and let it cool down.
  3. Beat the butter until foamy and gradually add the cooled cream.
  4. Layer on a baked sheet of puff pastry.
  5. Layer whipped cream on top of the cream, cover it with a second layer of a puff pastry and cover with warmed chocolate.
  6. Let it harden and cut into squares with a hot knife.
