Ingredients

Dough:

1 ¼ cups
flour
⅓ cup
sugar
¼ cup
oil
1 ½ tbsp
cocoa
¼ cup
milk
2 pcs
egg
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
1 pack
vanilla sugar

For dipping:

⅓ cup
milk
1 tbsp
cocoa

Cream:

16 oz
whipping cream
8 oz
mascarpone
⅓ cup
sugar
2 packs
vanilla sugar

Glaze:

8 oz
whipping cream
3.5 oz
dark chocolate
Preparation steps

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add milk and oil. Finally, add flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour the dough into a round baking mold lined with baking paper with a diameter of approx. 10 in'.
  2. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Dissolve cocoa in hot milk and pour it over the sponge cake. Let cool.
  4. Whip the whipping cream with mascarpone and sugar for the cream. Layer on the sponge cake and put in the refrigerator.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by breaking the chocolate into the hot cream and letting it melt.
  6. Pour over the cake and let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
