Prepare a tasty marinade in 5 minutes and after baking you will have extra soft chicken breasts that will literally melt on your tongue. To prepare this marinade, you only need a few basic ingredients, such as sour cream, lemon zest, salt and pepper, and of course you mustn't leave out the herbs either. These are now greening beautifully in the garden, so why not pick some and use them in the kitchen.

Ingredients
2 cups
sour cream
½ pc
lemon - zest
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
herbs (e.g. dill, thyme, ...)

  1. You've probably already heard that milk, sweet or sour cream, or sour milk affects meat in such a way that it becomes extra soft and tasty after frying. Prepare the marinade a day in advance, marinate the meat and you will see that this is true.
  2. Prepare sour cream, which will be put in a bowl. Wash the lemon thoroughly under running water and grate half of the lemon on a fine grater. It enhances the flavor beautifully and refreshes the marinade.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add herbs to taste. Dill proved to be the most effective, now it's the season in the garden and there is a lot of it, it is young and the tastiest.
  4. Dip chicken breasts, chicken legs or wings in the marinade prepared in this way. It's up to you.
  5. It is best to marinate the meat overnight. After frying or grilling, the meat will be crispy and very juicy.
