Fantastic raffaello cream perfect for various desserts

If you are fed up with heavy butter creams, prepare a soft coconut cream, which is perfect both for pies and for various types of cakes. To prepare this amazing raffaello cream, you will need only 4 ingredients, namely shredded coconut, condensed milk, butter and white chocolate. You can even spread this cream on a butter croissant for breakfast or dinner. It is just fantastic. If you like a very coconutty taste, feel free to add more coconut.

condensed milk
7 oz
butter
7 oz
white chocolate

  1. Put the butter and white chocolate in a bowl, put it in a water bath and let it melt.
  2. When the mass is dissolved, remove from the water bath and pour in the condensed milk in a slow, thin stream - keep stirring so that the cream does not curdle, and add the shredded coconut at the very end.
  3. Put the cream in the fridge to harden and then you can spread it on the cake base or save the cream for later, for example to spread on a sweet croissant for breakfast.
  4. There is a lot of butter in this cream too, but believe me, it is much better than in pudding desserts, where 1 pack of vanilla pudding equals 8 oz of butter. This cream is really light and less heavy than the classic one.
