Put walnuts, shredded coconut, figs (soak the dried figs in hot water approx. 2 hours beforehand), honey and cocoa into the blender. Mix everything into a smooth mass, which you layer into a round mold (diameter approx. 7 inches), which you have lined with baking paper. Have the edges covered a bit as well.
Blend the shredded coconut, coconut oil, and honey until smooth.
Place sliced bananas on top of the base, which you immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Layer the coconut filling and smooth it nicely.
Decorate the top with cocoa glaze, which you will prepare as follows. Melt the coconut oil and add the cocoa while stirring constantly. Spread quickly as the cocoa coating hardens immediately.
Put it in the fridge for 2 hours and serve. Enjoy!
