French-style chicken cutlets

Tasty, tender and juicy chicken cutlets in the French style. The preparation is very simple and, above all, quick. Of course, slicing takes longer, but it's definitely worth a try. Preparation steps
  1. Cut, wash and dry the chicken thighs or breasts thoroughly.
  2. Cut the thighs without bones or breasts into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add pressed garlic, mixed eggs, sour cream, parsley and flour. Get a uniform mass out of it.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and use a spoon to layer the smaller cutlets, which are fried on both sides until golden.
  5. The smaller pieces of meat you have, the better the flavors will be combined and the cutlets will be tastier and more tender.
