Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, gradually add warm water, flour mixed with baking powder, and finally gently mix in the beaten egg whites with a wooden spoon.
Layer the dough prepared in this way on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Leave the baked dough to cool.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices, cook in a pot together with sugar and water. You don't need to add that much sugar, it depends on how sweet your apples are. Cook on a low heat until the apples are soft.
Gently pour the apple juice over the dough, which you have previously pricked with a fork, and place the apples on top. Place them so that the entire surface is covered evenly. Put the remaining juice in a pot, add water as needed so that you have a total of 4 cups (34 oz), add pudding powder, mix thoroughly and cook to a thick pudding.
Add the butter into a hot mass and layer it on the apples while still warm. Smooth it well and let it cool.
Layer whipped cream on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
