I love easy mug recipes. I don't need a scale or measuring cups. I only need one classic mug with a volume of 8 oz. Yesterday I baked this delicious bread, which does not require almost any effort in the kitchen. You just mix the ingredients, let it stand in a glass baking dish and bake the bread the next day.

lukewarm water

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add water and cover with food foil. Let the dough rest aside from evening to morning (12 hours).
In the morning, put the dough onto the worktop and form a loaf. Let it stand while you heat the oven with a glass baking dish inside. Heat to 480 °F / 250 °C.
When the oven with the baking dish is heated, put the bread into the hot dish, cover it with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for about half an hour. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 355 °F / 180 °C and finish baking (approx. 15 minutes).
