Homemade bread soft as a feather

Crispy crust, soft as a cobweb inside. The smell of homemade bread is priceless. Sometimes I don't want to go to the store just for a pastry, so I make it at home and god bless all homemade pastry recipes :) I love the smell of baking and when it's still hot and crispy, it's all I can think about :)

Preparation steps
  1. Ingredients that should be found in every household. 
  2. Heat 1/2 cup of water, add a teaspoon of sugar and add dry yeast. Let it stand for the yeast to rise.
  3. Sift the flour and salt through a fine sieve, add the remaining water, yeast and process into a smooth, non-sticky dough. Let the dough rise covered with a dish towel for 1 to 1.5 hours.%
  4. Transfer the risen dough to the worktop - shape it into an oval and fold the edges towards the center. Transfer the loaf to a greased baking sheet or to a greased baking mold and let it stand for another half hour. After half an hour make a few cuts with a sharp knife on the surface of the loaf.
  5. Place a pan with boiling water in the lower part of the oven (oven heated to 390 °F / 200 °C) and place the bread inside. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the water and bake for another 20 minutes. Leave the baked bread to cool.
