A slightly more difficult recipe for Christmas baking, but definitely worth it. Perfect cookie dough flavored with nuts and cocoa, inside filled with vanilla buttercream and completely covered in chocolate. They melt on the tongue. Definitely give it a try.

  1. Process all the ingredients for the dough into a uniform mass, shape it into a ball, wrap it in a food foil and put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. After an hour, take the dough out of the fridge and let it stand on the kitchen counter for a while so that the dough loosens. Roll out between two sheets of baking paper and cut out circles, which you carefully place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake.
  3. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10 minutes - keep an eye on it. After baking, place them on a flat surface and let them cool.
  4. Beat butter with powdered and vanilla sugar until foamy. Fill a pastry bag with this cream and cover the rounds with it. Glue two rounds together so the cream is in between them.
  5. Dip the rounds in the chocolate topping and let it harden a little. Then sprinkle the top with chocolate and cover the sides with nuts.
