Homemade eggnog must not be missing on any Christmas table. I make classic eggnog from yolks, cream, sweetened milk and rum. Some people are afraid of raw eggs, but I use the ones from farmers, and at the speed at which the eggnog is consumed, it doesn't even have any time to spoil :) Cheers.

2 cans

sweetened condensed milk

8 oz

whipping cream

3-4 cups

rum

Preparation steps

Beat the egg yolks and cream for a while.
Add condensed milk and briefly beat again.
Finally, add rum, 3 or 4 cups - according to taste and your courage.
Pour into clean, dry glasses and store in the fridge.
