Recipe Kinder bueno cuts - highly addictive

The best dessert I've ever baked. At first I thought that the combination of all these flavors would be overmixed, but finally after trying one piece, I changed my mind. After the first piece, the second one followed, and after the second one, the third one. In the end, I found out that everyone went to the refrigerator multiple times until the box was empty in about two hours. The cake didn't even have time to cool down and it was gone. Really great treat that is highly addictive.

  1. Bottom dough:
Beat 7 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Add one tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of flour, 7 pieces of grated butter cookies, 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 1 and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
  2. Pour it onto a large baking sheet lined with baking paper. I sprinkled the surface with chopped walnuts - about 5.5 oz. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C until golden.
  3. Spread Nutella on this cake base (I used almost 14 oz).
  4. Cook pudding - 7 egg yolks, 1 vanilla pudding, 3 tablespoons of flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 cups of milk.
  5. While it is still hot, divide it into 2 halves, mix 3.5 oz of baking chocolate into one and 1 vanilla sugar into the other.
  6. After cooling, combine each cream separately with softened butter (8 oz in total = 4 oz and 4 oz of butter).
  7. That's when vanilla cream comes on top of Nutella. I put butter cookies on top of this cream, briefly dip them in cold milk so that the soaked side is on top.
  8. Dark cream will come on the cookies. Whip whipping cream and spread it on the dark cream. Grate chocolate on top.
  9. Put it in the fridge overnight.
