Sunday sweet treat, lazy pound cake made on a baking sheet. If you can't get the regular pound cake out of the mold, I recommend trying this recipe for a lazy pound cake. The dough is fantastic, very tender and you can put different fruits on top according to your taste. I chose apples and I have already baked this cake with pears and strawberries. This lazy pound cake was always gone from the baking sheet after an hour or so.
