Lazy housewife cutlets: No need to marinate for hours, just coat them and throw in the oven!

If you're wondering what to cook for lunch and you don't have time to marinate the meat, try this recipe. You don't need to marinate the meat, just spread it with mayonnaise before baking and season with salt, and in about 40 minutes you'll have delicious juicy meat on your plate. Of course, if the mayonnaise slips from the meat into the baking dish during baking, don't forget to spread the cutlets well during baking as well.

Ingredients
chicken thighs
salt
pepper
mayonnaise
oil

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into strips. If you were to use chicken breast, the meat may be dried out. In that case, I would recommend lowering the oven temperature and baking for a shorter time.
  2. Place the cut cutlets on a baking dish that you have greased with oil. Season with salt and pepper and coat each piece with mayonnaise.
  3. Place in a heated oven and bake at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for about 30-40 minutes. Keep an eye on it, every oven bakes differently, so let's follow your own.
  4. If the mayonnaise slides down the meat during cooking, don't forget to spread the meat with mayonnaise again. Mayonnaise will add juiciness to the meat.
