Lemon-yoghurt pound cake

A simple, soft pound cake that immediately disappeared. If you like any kind of pound cake, definitely try the combination of lemons and yogurt.

granulated sugar
2 ¼ cups
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
Preparation steps
  1. A simple pound cake that you will love. Even a begginer in baking can bake it. After a tasty lunch, something sweet is definitely needed. And if you like buns without buttercreams or without chocolate frosting, this pound cake is for you.
  2. Beat the sugar with the eggs until light foam. Add oil, lemon juice, zest, yogurt and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix and pour into a greased mold.
  3. Bake at 340 °F / 170 °C for about an hour. Check it with a skewer.
