Clean the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Dry fry in a hot pan and set aside.
Cook the pasta in salted water. Finely chop the pepper and tomato.
Dressing: Mix sour cream and white yogurt thoroughly in a bowl, add oregano, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Add the juice from half a lemon (you can also add grated lemon zest) and mix thoroughly.
Prepare a larger bowl in which you put chopped vegetables, meat, pasta and cover everything with the prepared dressing. Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour to combine all the flavors and serve. Enjoy your meal!
