Ingredients: 1 pack long Lady fingers; 1 pack vanilla pudding; 1 ⅔ cups milk; 4 tbsp granulated sugar; 8 oz whipping cream; 4 oz whipping cream; 3.5 oz dark chocolate

This creamy cake has been a popular dessert since a very long time ago. This time, however, I didn't want to bake classic sheets made from puff pastry, so I replaced them with long Lady fingers. This resulted in a quick unbaked dessert that was so fantastic so I am making a second batch today :) However, it needs a longer time to harden in the refrigerator, or you can eat it right away with a spoon from the form.

Ingredients

Base:

1 pack

long Lady fingers

Cream:

1 pack

vanilla pudding

1 ⅔ cups

milk

4 tbsp

granulated sugar

8 oz

whipping cream

Glaze:

4 oz

whipping cream

3.5 oz

dark chocolate

Preparation steps

Prepare a smaller rectangular baking form. I chose one so that exactly one row of long Lady fingers fit at the bottom.
Place the Lady fingers on the bottom of the form.
Pour the cooked, still warm vanilla pudding over a row of Lady fingers - mix the vanilla pudding, sugar in the milk and cook on a low heat until thickened.
Leave to cool and layer on the whipped cream. I did not sweeten it any more, but if you like sweeter desserts, add powdered sugar to taste.
Place the Lady fingers on top of the whipped cream and cover the top with chocolate glaze - heat the whipping cream and add the chocolate, broken into pieces, which will be dissolved by stirring.
Smooth it well and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
