Made with almost no effort, mascarpone slices that the whole family will love

Simple mascarpone slices with a photo procedure that even a beginner in baking can prepare. A simple dough, a mascarpone cream that is only made from mascarpone and whipped cream and a delicious chocolate frosting on top.

  1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, add oil and flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. At the end, just stir in the beaten egg whites with a wooden spoon
  2. Pour the prepared dough into a buttered (approx. 10 x 12 in') baking mold and bake.
  3. Bake at a temperature of 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes - keep an eye on it. Every oven bakes differently. After baking, let the dough cool down.
  4. Whip the whipping cream together with the sugar until stiff and gradually mix it into the mascarpone.
  5. Layer the prepared cream on the cooled dough and spread it nicely.
  6. Put it in the fridge to harden and pour the glaze on top. The chocolate glaze hardens better when the cream is thoroughly chilled.
  7. Cut into neat slices and serve. I cut it with a sharp, hot knife so the chocolate doesn't crack.
