A very simple cake without any need of preparing the dough, but still very tasty. I used a smaller baking sheet that I lined with baking paper.
Mix the loose ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Pour half of it onto the baking sheet.
Prepare the filling by mixing mascarpone and other ingredients, it will be liquid so pour it evenly on the first layer, you can also add raisins.
Then pour another layer of flour and put sliced butter on top. Or melt the butter and pour it over the top. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 30-35 minutes, keep an eye on it. After baking, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
