Excellent mini pizzas. On top, we will use the ingredients that we like the most and the pizzas will disappear from the baking sheet in a minute. Yummy!

Sauce:

ketchup (or puree)

oil

sugar

On top:

ham

bacon

cheese

onion

sausage

pepper

tuna

mushrooms

Preparation steps

Print

Mix the dough, let it rise. Form little balls, let them rest for a while, then form mini pizzas with round edges.
Spread them with the sauce: from ketchup (tomato paste), a little oil, a pinch of oregano and sugar.
Top it with: bacon, ham, cheese, onion, sausage, pepper, tuna, mushrooms, olives... whatever you like.
Transfer pizzas to a baking sheet lined with paper and bake until golden. (At a temperature of 355 °F / 180 °C). Enjoy your meal!
