The basis of the cake is mixed cookies to which you add melted butter. Crush 7 oz of cookies, add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Layer the base on the bottom of a round cake tin and put it in the fridge.
While the base hardens in the refrigerator, prepare the mascarpone fillings.
Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Mix mascarpone, sugar and sour cream in a bowl, add prepared gelatin and divide into two equal parts. Add the melted chocolate to one (dissolve the chocolate in the whipping cream).
Alternately layer the dark and light filling on the cookies base and create a "zebra" pattern. On the top, make lines with a toothpick (from the outer edge to the center and vice versa).
Put it in the refrigerator to harden and you can serve it.
