Prepare all the ingredients. Blend the almonds, flax seeds, oatmeal and figs with a blender until smooth. Gradually add cocoa, honey and salt. When you have mixed the mass, put it in the fridge until you prepare the filling.
Next - put the shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey and a pinch of salt in a blender and mix for about 10 minutes until the mixture comes together.
Place the prepared dough between two sheets of baking paper and use a rolling pin to roll out a sheet about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out different shapes and fill them with coconut filling (fill them in a mold, because the filling is a bit loose and harder to work with).
Store in the refrigerator - it can last for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
