Healthy coconut temptation without added sugar and eggs. Unbaked and delicious. Figs can be replaced with dates. Yummy!

Ingredients

Dough (15 pcs):

1 cup
peeled almonds (approx. 8 oz)
¼ cup
flax seeds
½ cup
oatmeal
½ cup
dried figs (approx. 3.5 oz)
½ cup
cocoa
2-3 tbsp
honey
½ tsp
salt

Filling:

8 oz
shredded coconut
1 tbsp
coconut oil
1-2 tbsp
honey
a pinch
salt
Preparation steps

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Blend the almonds, flax seeds, oatmeal and figs with a blender until smooth. Gradually add cocoa, honey and salt. When you have mixed the mass, put it in the fridge until you prepare the filling.
  2. Next - put the shredded coconut, coconut oil, honey and a pinch of salt in a blender and mix for about 10 minutes until the mixture comes together.
  3. Place the prepared dough between two sheets of baking paper and use a rolling pin to roll out a sheet about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out different shapes and fill them with coconut filling (fill them in a mold, because the filling is a bit loose and harder to work with).
  4. Store in the refrigerator - it can last for 2 weeks. Enjoy!
