No-bake Nutella cake

Heaven in the mouth! No-bake cake, ready in a few minutes. The taste is just fantastic and there is no competition for this dessert. Be sure to try it for a birthday party, I really liked it, so I am planning to prepare it again for my upcoming birthday.

Ingredients

Cake:

8.8 oz
cocoa biscuits
1.4 oz
butter
⅓ cup
peach juice
6 tsp
chocolate powder (for hot chocolate)

White Layer:

8 oz
mascarpone
6 tbsp
powdered sugar
1 cup
whipping cream

Brown layer:

1 cup
whipping cream
8 oz
mascarpone
5.5 oz
nutella

Topping:

5.3 oz
chocolate
¾ cup
whipping cream
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Prepare an 8 inch cake form.
  2. Crush the biscuits with a blender to a fine powder, add chocolate powder and gradually add melted butter alternately with juice (you can choose multivitamin or apricot).
  3. Press the prepared mixture to the bottom of the form lined with paper and put it in the refrigerator.
  4. Melt Nutella in a water bath and put away from heat. Add mascarpone and lightly mix with whipping cream.
  5. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar and plant-based whipping cream (I use plant-based, because it holds shape better) into a smooth mixture.
  6. Heat the cream for the topping (be careful, do not cook it!) and put away from the fire. Add the chopped chocolate and melt it.
  7. Put the white layer on the cake, then nutella filling on the white layer and top with cream and chocolate. Refrigerate and serve. Enjoy!
