No-bake pistachio cheesecake

Cheesecake is already a very popular sweet treat today and it has found its lovers as well as its opponents. Anyone who doesn't like extremely creamy cakes will definitely not appreciate this dessert, but we adore it at home. We were tired of the classic fruit cheesecakes, so I had to come up with something that no one had made, seen or even tasted before. I came up with a cheesecake that disappeared even before it had time to cool :D

Ingredients

Base:

6 oz
butter
10.5 oz
biscuits

Cream:

16 oz
mascarpone
12 oz
whipping cream
10.5 oz
white chocolate
3.5 oz
pistachio

Decorations:

pistachio
chocolate
cookies

  1. Quite simple and so tasty. So don't worry and make yourself this sweet treat.
  2. Blend the biscuits into a fine powder, add the melted butter and mix. Layer the base prepared in this way on the bottom of the cake form. I even put there a sheet of baking paper, so then I transfer the entire cheesecake to a tray more easily. Press down and put it in the refrigerator until the cream is being prepared.
  3. Mix the whipping cream into stiff whipped cream, add the mascarpone and mix on the lowest speed. Do not mix for too long so that the mixture is not too thin. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and set aside. Allow to cool slightly and add to the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Today you can buy pistachios unsalted and unroasted, but I bought the ones that were salted and also roasted, so I washed them in hot water and dried them. I chopped them into smaller pieces with a knife and added them to the cream mixture. I mixed and layered the cream prepared in this way on the base.
  5. Decorate the top of the cheesecake according to your own imagination, I used chocolate, crushed cookies and chopped pistachios. Put it in the fridge preferably for the whole night and then it can be served.
