water

¾ cup

powdered sugar

2.5 oz

butter

1.75 oz

chocolate

5 oz

ground nuts

7 oz

biscuits

for coating

nuts

for filling

nutella or other filling

Preparation steps

Print

Put water, sugar, butter and chocolate in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Blend the biscuits into a powder and add the ground nuts. You can use hazelnut or walnut whichever you like.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the mixture of biscuits and nuts and combine everything by stirring. Let cool completely.
Dip your hands in water and form small balls and roll them in ground nuts. Place them on a baking sheet lined with decorative paper cups.
With the other side of a wooden spoon, make a hole in the center of each ball and use a pastry bag to layer the filling according to your taste - Nutella, chocolate filling, vanilla cream,... You can also use coconut for coating.
