Prepare a round form and line it with baking paper (diameter of the form 9 inches).
Crush the Oreo cookies in a blender and cover them with melted butter. Mix the mass thoroughly and layer it on the bottom of the form. Press it down well with hands and put it in the refrigerator.
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Add lemon juice and beat thoroughly with a mixer.
Prepare the gelatin in water according to the instructions (let it swell in water - heat it later on, but do not boil it). Let it cool and add it to the cream cheese.
Melt the chocolate over steam and let it cool slightly. Then add it to the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Whip the whipping cream in another bowl and add it to the prepared chocolate mass together with the lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
Roughly chop the Oreo cookies.
Layer 1/3 of the prepared cream on top of the cookies, sprinkle with roughly chopped Oreo cookies, layer 2/3 of the cream and smooth it nicely. Put it in the fridge preferably for the whole night. Decorate the top with grated chocolate and Oreo cookies. Enjoy!
