Delicious. Heaven in my mouth and I still don't know what else to call this meal. Light pancakes, soft as a cobweb, tender, sweet, with a scoop of sour cream and a rich layer of grated chocolate. A sweet breakfast or dessert after a tasty lunch. I am used to make pancakes as a dessert, but you can also have them for breakfast with a glass of warm cocoa or a cup of tea or coffee.
