Pancakes with jam and sour cream

Delicious. Heaven in my mouth and I still don't know what else to call this meal. Light pancakes, soft as a cobweb, tender, sweet, with a scoop of sour cream and a rich layer of grated chocolate. A sweet breakfast or dessert after a tasty lunch. I am used to make pancakes as a dessert, but you can also have them for breakfast with a glass of warm cocoa or a cup of tea or coffee. Be sure to try them, we love them at home.

Preparation steps
  1. Put the flour in a large bowl, make a little hole in the middle and crumble the yeast. Sprinkle the yeast with a pinch of sugar, lightly cover with flour and add about half a cup of lukewarm milk.
  2. Let the dough rise in a warm place and then add eggs, lemon zest, sugar and about a cup of lukewarm milk.
  3. Next, let the dough rest for at least an hour in a warm place.
  4. After rising, use a ladle or spoon to place a dough onto the frying pan and fry on both sides. Next, decorate the plate according to your taste.
  5. I used jam, flavored sour cream and grated chocolate.
