Put white yogurt in a bowl, wash its cup and fill it twice with plain flour. Add to the yogurt, also add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and mix thoroughly. You can also add a pinch of salt. Process a uniform dough, which you roll out on a floured worktop into a thicker sheet. Using a smaller cup, cut out mini circles, which you fry in hot oil until golden on both sides. (You can easily use any other favorite dough of yours, just be inspired by the idea. This dough is unleavened and really tastes good to everyone, but you may not like it, but it's worth a try.)
Place the fried fritters on a paper napkin to get rid of excess oil and let them cool.
Decorate the cold ones with ketchup, mayonnaise and grated cheese, or wash them with garlic before decorating.
