Ingredients: 2 pcs chicken breast; 1 pc onion; 6 pcs mushroom; 1 tbsp olive oil; to taste salt; to taste pepper; 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream; ½ cup milk; ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp butter; ½ tsp crushed garlic; salt; pepper; 8 oz fettuccine (or another favorite type of pasta); water; 1 tsp salt

Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the chicken breasts into smaller slices, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the washed mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat a spoonful of oil in a pan, add the meat and fry until golden. While the meat is frying, prepare a pot of boiling water, salt it and add the pasta. Cook according to the instructions.
Remove the meat from the pan, add a spoonful of oil and butter and fry the onion in the hot fat. Once the onion turns glassy, add the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes until the mushrooms turn brown.
Add the garlic to the pan, let it fry for a while to make it fragrant. Then you can add heavy whipping cream and milk and sprinkle the mixture with grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well, let the cheese melt and the sauce thicken.
Finally, return the meat to the sauce, add salt and pepper to taste. Then just drain the pasta, mix it in the pan with the sauce and you can serve the meal.
