Perfect festive salad with chicken and egg, seasoned with a delicious dressing

Boiled chicken breast goes perfectly with salads. If you haven't tried it yet, don't hesitate to try this one. It's really amazing with this dressing. If you don't want to use mayonnaise, feel free to replace it with thick plain yogurt (I use Greek plain yogurt) and you have a healthier alternative. It is also suitable for grilling.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

10.5 oz
chicken breast
1 pc
onion
3 pcs
egg
1 pc
tomato

For the dressing:

1 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
vinegar
2 tbsp
mayonnaise
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper

Optional:

to taste
cheese
to taste
walnuts

  1. First, hard-boil the eggs, then cut then into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes as well.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Mix with sugar and vinegar, add the onion and leave to marinate until the meat is cooked.
  3. Boil the chicken in salted water with pepper (you can also use baked or grilled chicken). Let cool and cut into small pieces.
  4. Allow the onion to drain from the vinegar. Then mix all the ingredients. Add the mayonnaise and serve. You can decorate with cheese or walnuts.
