Potatoes with garlic, sour cream and sprinkled with parmesan on top. Suitable as a side dish or as an appetizer for the evening. I made them for a party. They tasted great, they were a hit there :) I highly recommend them :)

Ingredients: 5 pcs potato; 4 oz butter; 5 tbsp grated parmesan; 1 tbsp sour cream; 3 cloves garlic; 3 tsp chopped parsley

butter

5 tbsp

grated parmesan

1 tbsp

sour cream

3 cloves

garlic

3 tsp

chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices. Place them in a pan and cover them with water. Cook until soft.
Let's prepare the garlic spread: crush the garlic and mix it with soft butter, season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Finally, soften it with sour cream.
Place the cooked potatoes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and spread them with the prepared garlic spread.
Bake it in a preheated oven at a temperature of 430 °F / 220 °C for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
