This is a sweet treat that my family loves. Nesquick powder will add a beautiful color, taste, and cappuccino, which is poured over the cake, will add moisture. I love chocolate glaze that doesn't crack and this one is really great.

Glaze:

Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, gradually add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and Nesquick powder.
Layer the prepared dough on a baking sheet (approx. 10x15 in') and bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C. Bake for about 40 minutes.
After baking, pierce the dough with a fork and pour cappuccino over it. Spread with jam and pour over the glaze - heat the whipping cream and add chocolate broken into pieces (melt it by stirring).
