Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces, grate the cheese on a grater. Prepare a baking sheet, which you will line with baking paper and heat the oven to 390 °F / 200 °C.
Mix the flour with baking powder, add the other ingredients and mix into the dough, which you roll out on the worktop into a thin sheet. I roll the dough directly on the sheet where I put the baking paper, then I don't have to clean the worktop :)
Spread the dough with the tomato puree and add vegetables, ham, cheese or other ingredients that you like best.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Take out the baked pizza and let it cool for a while.
