Mix the sour cream with powdered and vanilla sugar. Prepare a 9.5 x 14 in baking sheet.
Place the biscuits on the bottom of the baking sheet, layer the sour cream and repeat the process until you run out of biscuits and cream.
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions.
Put the juice or lemonade in a pot, add the puddings. Cook a thick cream. Add gelatin and combine. Pour the still warm mixture over the biscuits. Let it harden in the fridge. Cut into neat slices and serve. Enjoy!
