A very tasty cake resembling "a mole" cake baked on a baking sheet. The ingredients are intended for a small baking sheet. To prepare the dough, mix the egg yolks with sugar until foamy, add the oil in a thin stream while constantly whisking. A thick mass will be created, into which you need to add and mix lukewarm milk, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa, and finally gently mix in the snow from the egg whites. Pour onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in an oven heated to 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes and continuously check on it.
After baking and cooling, you will hollow out the dough about half an inch from the edge and half an inch deep, you will use this dough as a crumb at the end.
You can spread nutella over the cut dough, but you don't have to, it still tastes great even without it. Stack the bananas cut lengthwise.
To prepare the filling, first whip the whipped cream until stiff. Separately, mix the mascarpone with sugar and mix the two masses together. At the end, add grated chocolate. I used crushed Oreo cookies, but the filling is also excellent with chocolate, it's up to you. Spread it over the bananas and sprinkle with the rest of the dough, which you have finely crushed. Put in the fridge to cool and then serve. It disappears very quickly :-)
