Raffaello cake with the easiest and best cream

Easy to prepare and the result is an incredibly tasty cake that you will fall in love with. The dough is truly ready in a few minutes and the cream even faster. Just whip the mascarpone with sugar and whipping cream and you're done.

Ingredients

Dough (3x):

3 pcs
egg white
5 tbsp
granulated sugar
3.5 oz
shredded coconut
1 tbsp
breadcrumbs

Cream:

16 oz
mascarpone
12 oz
whipping cream
5 tbsp
powdered sugar

Top:

for sprinkling
shredded coconut
to decorate

Preparation steps
Print
  1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until foamy. Add coconut and breadcrumbs and mix. Put the prepared dough into a round baking form with a diameter of approx. 10 inches, line the bottom with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for 12 minutes. Let it cool after baking.
  2. Sweeten the mascarpone with sugar and add the whipping cream. Whip a stiff cream, which you layer on the baked and cooled dough. Spread the cream on the top and sides of the cake.
  3. Sprinkle the top and sides with shredded coconut and set aside in the refrigerator to harden. Decorate according to your own imagination.
