Chicken liver as stew. A delicious lunch that I cook regularly at our house.

Liver appears on our plate regularly and we particularly like this option. It also has a lot of vegetables and tastes like a stew.

1 ¾ lbs
chicken liver
2 pcs
onion
2 pcs
white pepper
3 pcs
tomato
to taste
goulash/stew spices
to taste
ground red pepper
to taste
ground cumin
3 cloves
garlic
to taste
marjoram
2 tbsp
tomato puree
for thickening
flour
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Cut the onion and pepper and fry them in oil.
  2. Add chopped and cleaned chicken liver, goulash/stew spices, ground cumin, red pepper and pressed garlic. Fry and stew together until soft.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and marjoram and cook for a short time and, if necessary, thicken with flour mixed in water.
  4. Serve with rice.
