Sepatare the eggs whites and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites into a stiff foam. Beat the egg yolks together with the powdered and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix cocoa, flour and baking powder and set aside. Gradually add beaten egg whites and a loose mixture of flour, cocoa and baking powder to the yolk foam, alternating with water and oil.
Pour the prepared dough onto a baking sheet that you have greased and sprinkled with flour. Bake at 390 °F / 200 °C for about 20 minutes - keep an eye on it.
Dissolve the sugar in the milk and add the vanilla pudding powder. Cook a thick pudding and let it cool. Then add the sour cream and mix.
Spread the cooled dough with jam, apply half of the cream, place the Lady fingers that you soaked in coffee. Apply the other half of the cream and smooth it nicely.
Layer the whipped cream with vanilla sugar on top and decorate the top according to your imagination.
