Savory chicken cake with ham and cheese

Do you want to try something else than traditional sweet cakes? Make a savory cake. Chicken breast, ham, cheese, sour cream = great combination. Yummy! It is served warm or cold.

chicken breasts (4 pcs.)
10.5 oz
grated hard cheese
3.5 oz
2 pcs

sour cream
2 tbsp
to taste
Preparation steps
  1. Prepare a round baking dish with a diameter of approx. 9 inches. Line it with baking paper.
  2. Wash the meat, cut it into thin slices, lightly salt and pepper them to taste.
  3. Mix the eggs with the sour cream - you can season with salt and pepper again. Firstly, coat the chicken breasts in flour and then coat them in beaten egg. Place them at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, place the ham and repeat the process until all the ingredients are used. If you have any egg left over, pour it all over the top.
  5. Bake at a temperature of 430 °F / 220 °C covered with foil. Towards the end, uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
