Snow candies with a surprise inside

Sift the flour into a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter at a room temperature, add the yolk, a pinch of salt and make a smooth dough. If necessary, add a tablespoon of cold water. If the dough still crumbles and is loose, add more water, but only spoon by spoon so as not to overdo it.

Beat the egg whites with sugar and lemon juice to a stiff foam, which you put into a pastry bag. Cover the candies placed inside  with the foam and shape it into "a roof".

Bake in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 350 °F / 175 °C for about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool after baking.
