Snowflake - a fantastic coconut cake with whipped cream

I was searching the internet for some coconut slices that are very easy to prepare and most importantly, that are baked in 15 minutes. I found several recipes, I chose one and tried it. Of course it ended up in the trash. So I changed my requirements and extended the baking time interval to half an hour :D I found another one and I succeeded in this one :) The taste is excellent.

Ingredients

Dough:

2 pcs
egg
1 cup
milk
2 cups
flour
½ cup
melted butter
2 ½ tsp
baking powder
1 cup
powdered sugar

Extra ingredients:

½ cup
sugar
½ cup
shredded coconut

On top:

8 oz
whipping cream
Preparation steps

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy, add the melted butter, milk and finally stir in the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder with a wooden spoon.
  2. Layer the prepared dough into a higher baking sheet, which you have greased well with butter and sprinkled with coconut, to which you have added a bit of granulated sugar.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes, making sure the coconut doesn't get brown too much.
  4. After baking, immediately pour the whipping cream over the cake. If you want it juicier, use 16 oz of whipping cream.
