Ingredients

Ingredients (for approx. 60 pcs):

2 cups

plain flour

8 oz

butter

8 oz

mascarpone

1 pack

vanilla sugar

2 pcs

apple

for sprinkling

powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Sprinkle flour on the worktop, add vanilla sugar and cubed butter (it should be at room temperature to make it easier to work with).
Add mascarpone and make a smooth dough, which you put in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Then roll out the dough into a thicker sheet, from which you cut rounds using a cup. Place finely chopped apples on each round and fold the edges.
Bake them in a preheated oven at a temperature of 390 °F / 200 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the baked bites with powdered sugar.
