Soft mini pinwheels filled with vanilla cream

Try making these delicious pinwheels at home and you will see that the preparation is not difficult at all. The vanilla cream inside is delicious and soft. Yummy!

Ingredients

Dough:

4 pcs
egg
1 ⅔ cups
water
¾ cup
oil
2 tbsp
cornstarch
10 tbsp
flour
3 tbsp
cocoa
1 ¼ tsp
baking powder
a pinch
salt

Filling:

3 cups
milk
3 packs
vanilla pudding
2 cups
powdered sugar
5 oz
whipping cream
½ cup
sparkling water
1 tbsp
vanilla extract

Extra ingredients:

for sprinkling
powdered sugar
for decoration
chocolate
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Put water in a pot, add oil, salt and heat. When the water is hot, add flour mixed with cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder while stirring constantly. Mix thoroughly, remove from heat - let cool.
  2. When the mass is lukewarm, add one egg at a time and mix thoroughly with a mixer after each egg.
  3. Fill the prepared dough into a decorating bag and create small circles on the paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 390 °F / 200 °C until golden.
  5. Pour the milk into the pot, put on the heat, add sugar and pudding powder - cook a thick porridge, which you leave to cool.
  6. Use a mixer to whip the whipping cream with sparkling water and then mix this mass into the cooled pudding. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. Cut the baked pastry in half (be careful, cut only when the pastry is completely cool).
  8. Fill with cream and cover with the second part of the pastry.
  9. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
