Sponge Easter lamb cake for less than a buck

Ingredients

Dough:

3pcs
egg
⅔ cup
granulated sugar
4 tbsp
oil
1 cup
plain flour
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until semi-stiff.
  2. Add sugar to the semi-stiff egg whites and beat until stiff. When you take out the whisks, solid tips of egg whites must remain on them.
  3. Beat the egg yolks one at a time and then the oil into stiff egg white mass.
  4. Finally, lightly whisk in the flour.
  5. Bake in a greased and floured mold at 355 °F / 180 °C for about half an hour.
  6. It can't be any cheaper and faster :) Happy Easter!
