Excellent for celebrations, parties or just as a treat for guests. Usually this dish was served at weddings as an appetizer or at big birthday parties also as an appetizer :) I prepare ham rolls in many different ways, sometimes I just make whipped cream with horseradish and fill it with a pastry bag or just like in this recipe I make an egg spread with fresh horseradish. It is a delicious dish with a piece of crusty bread.

Ingredients

egg

7 oz

ham

mayonnaise

salt

pepper

horseradish root

Preparation steps

Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Clean and mash thoroughly with a fork.
Add mayonnaise to taste, salt and pepper.
Grate the horseradish root on a fine grater and gradually add it to the egg mixture. Taste and, if necessary, add more salt, pepper or horseradish.
Fill the thinly sliced ham with the prepared filling and roll. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
