Tall hearts with mascarpone cream and fruit

A little bit of festivity today. Tall hearts with masarpone cream. This cream is perfect and very easy to make. I also make it when baking cakes. With fruit, it is the perfect combination to prepare a luxurious dessert that will be 100% delicious for everyone. You don't need to whip the pudding with butter, unnecessarily heavy creams will only fill your stomach.

Ingredients

Dough:

6 ¼ cups
plain flour
2 cups
powdered sugar
16 oz
butter
2 pcs
egg yolk
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder

Filling:

24 oz
mascarpone
16 oz
whipped cream
2 pcs
vanilla sugar
2 packs
whipping cream stabilizer
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Process everything together, roll out and cut out hearts. I bake on baking paper at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 7 minutes - do not bake for too long so as not to dry out the dough unnecessarily.
  2. Whip the whipping cream with vanilla sugar, add the stabilizer before whipping, and finally whip in the mascarpone.
  3. Put jam and cream on the bottom heart, then place another heart on the cream layer and just spray more cream on the upper heart with a pastry bag.
  4. Decorate with fruit.
